1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl in a stand mixer combine all ingredients.
Use your whisk attachment and stir on low until uniform and frothy, about 30 seconds.
Increase the speed to medium high and whip until soft peaks form, 1 - 2 minutes.
