1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
Large can of Tomato Sauce
Medium can of Tomato Paste
Medium can of Tomato Puree
1 tablespoon Sugar
Large Onion, chopped
4 stalks Celery, chopped
3 - 4 cloves Garlic, chopped
Oregano, Thyme, Basil
One package Lasagna Noodles
Lots of shredded Mozzarella Cheese (I buy the biggest bag possible)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in a heavy skillet.
Drain all the grease except one tablespoon.
Add the onions, celery and garlic and cook until the vegies are soft.
Move the meat/vegie mixture to a large pot.
Add tomato paste, sauce, puree and spices.
Cook for about 15 minutes.
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a 13x9 pan, layer in this order: Sauce, Lasagna noodles, Sauce with meat, Mozzerella cheese.
Continue layering until all is done and you end the top with lots of cheese.
Bake in a 350 oven until the top is golden brown.
