⅓ cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beatern
cup milk
1- cups flour
1- tsp baking powder
tsp salt
tsp nutmeg

6 Tbsp melted butter or margarine

cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cup of sugar and cinnamon; set aside in a bowl you can use for rolling muffins. Melt butter in similar bowl. Cream shortening and 1 cup of the sugar. Add egg, milk, flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Mix well. Bake in greased muffin tins- DO NOT USE papers!

Bake at 375 15-20 minutes until cake springs back when touched lightly.

Take out of pans at once and roll in the melted butter, then roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture.
