4 cups sliced apples- Jonathon are most preferable
1 tsp cinnamon- well rounded
½ tsp salt
¼ cup water

¾ cup flour white or whole wheat
¾ cup sugar
½ cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in 8" square baking dish, sprinkle with cinnamon, salt and water.

Rub together flour, sugar and butter. Drop mixture in pieces over the apples.

Bake 30 minutes at 350º

Best served warm with milk poured over it, or with vanilla ice cream on top
