8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt

1 cup chocolate chips- semi-sweet

1- cups flour
cocoa
tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup water
⅓ cup oil
1 Tblsp vinegar
1 tsp milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredient together in a small bowl, then stir in chocolate chips. Set aside.

Mix together flour, cocoa, salt, sugar, and soda. Mix water, oil, vinegar and milk, then add the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Fill muffin cups half full with chocolate mixture. Top each with a Tblsp of the cream cheese mixture.

Bake 25-30 minutes at 350
