I large Spaghetti Squash
Olive oil
1 pound Ground beef
1 packet Taco Seasoning
Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut a spaghetti squash in half and scoop out seeds. Drizzle with olive oil or cooking spray and bake face down on foil lined pan at 400º for 40 minutes. Meanwhile make taco meat however you normally do. Take squash out of the oven and gently shred. Mix in taco meat and top with cheese. Bake for 15 more minutes
