2 cups Tomato Sauce
1 large Onion, chopped
1-2 cans whole kernel corn OR fresh or frozen is actually better
1 can Creamed Corn
4 stalks Celery, chopped
Salt & Cayenne Pepper
Parsley
2 Tablespoons Oil
2 cups Water
Chopped Ham

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onions in oil until tender.
Add tomato sauce and spices.
Stir for 5 minutes then add ham and water.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Add corn then cook for 15 - 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
