Zucchini
Italian Bread Crumbs
3 Eggs
1/4 cup Milk
Flour
Oil for frying
Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut zucchini in either rounds or long sticks.
Cover with flour then dip in egg/milk mixture then in the bread crumbs.
You can either fry these in oil, or place on a baking sheet with a Silpat until browned on both sides.
Once done, serve with lots of Romano or Parmesan cheese on top.
