1/2 tsp. Salt
3 tsp. Pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan Shredded
2 tbsp. Butter
4 Cloves Garlic Minced
1/2 Onion Chopped
3/4 c. Vodka
1 Can Crushed Tomatoes (28 oz.)
1 c. Heavy Cream
1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
5 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
12 oz. Penne Pasta
1 tbsp. Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and set aside.

Meanwhile heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil, butter, garlic, salt, pepper and onion. Saute for 3 to 5 min. Add vodka, crushed red pepper and Italian seasoning. Cook and reduce sauce by half. 2 to 3 min. Add tomatoes and parmesan. Bring sauce to a boil then reduce heat to simmer.

Stir in cream. When sauce returns to bubble remove from heat. Toss pasta into sauce. Serve.
