3 Egg Whites
1 c. Sugar
1/2 T. Baking Powder
1 T. Vanilla
1 c. Pecans, chopped fine
24 Ritz Crackers - Crumbled fine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg whites, sugar and baking powder. Beat until stiff. Fold in vanilla, crackers and nuts. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Top with whipped cream.

Helpful notes: DO NOT GREASE PAN.
