3 cups shredded zucchini
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. oregano or marjoram
1/2 cup vegetable oil
pepper to taste
4 beaten eggs
1 clove garlic, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Spread into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 35 minutes until golden brown.
