½ cup sugar
½ cup butter
½ cup shortening (I substitute with Earth Balance cooking cubes)
1 egg
1 Tbsp vinegar
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2½ cup flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, butter, sugar, vinegar vanilla, and egg together. Blend in dry ingredients. Roll out to ¼ inch thickness on a well flour surface. Cut into desired shapes. Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 375º for 6-8 minutes. Frost/decorate as desired.
