Pork, cubed
2 1/2 c. Water, divided
1/2 c. Soy Sauce
6 T. Flour
Onions, chopped
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cube pork. Brown in skillet with some soy sauce and onions. Pour 1 1/2 cup water over browned pork. Cook until it boils. Mix remaining cup of water with 1/2 cup soy sauce. Add flour and mix to make a slurry. Stir into skillet until thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Helpful notes: Serve over warm rice.
