1 lb. Hamburger
1 t. Salt
Dash Pepper
2 c. Flour
3 t. Baking powder
3/4 t. Salt
4 T. Shortening
2/3 c. Milk
2 T. Melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, salt and pepper. Set aside. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, shortening, and milk. Roll out (like for jellyroll). Sprinkle hamburger over the dough. Roll up and slice. Place in baking dish. Melt butter and brush over dough. Bake at 450° for 12 to 15 minutes.
