4 eggs, hard boiled
2 Dill pickles, chopped
1 T. Vinegar
1 T. Onion, minced
Salt & Pepper, to taste
1/4 c. Celery, diced
3 T. Mayonnaise or Salad dressing
Bologna, ground

Directions:
Directions:
Separate egg yolks and whites. Chop egg whites, combine with celery, pickles, and onion. Mash egg yolks. Add vinegar. Combine with first mixture. Moisten with mayo/salad dressing until it reaches a spreading consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add ground bologna.
