2 chickens (6 lbs. total)
10 slices Bread, dried slightly
6 lg. eggs, beaten
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken until well done. Pick chicken off bones and tear into shreds. Save broth. Tear bread into small pieces. Spray 6 quart oven roaster well with Pam. Combine chicken, bread, eggs, and broth in pan until moistened (soupy). Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Reduce heat to 250° and continue to cook about 2 more hours. Add broth and stir every 15 minutes or so until desired consistency during cooking process.
