1 medium size bag of plain potato chips
1/2 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Crush the potato chips finely. I put them in a sealed plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. In microwave, melt the white chocolate chips until easy to stir into a paste. While the chocolate is still hot, stir in the potato chips and pecans. Drop on a cookie sheet lined with greased foil. Refrigerate for at least two hours.

VARIATION: If you like the taste of dark chocolate, substitute regular chocolate chips
and barbecue potato chips.
