Ingredients:

10 oz Country Ham ground 1/4 cup butter or Margarine
1 yellow onion chopped fine
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 box low sodium Chicken Broth Water
4 green tomatoes pureed
1 cup heavy cream
4 tablespoon flour

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot saute onions and garlic in butter until translucent; add ham and cook for about 10 minutes. Add 1 box of chicken broth then using the box measure out about 1/2 the box with water and add to the soup. Add pureed tomatoes and simmer approximately 30 minutes. Just before serving make a thin paste of the flour with a little water and add for thickening and the heavy cream. Salt and Pepper to taste, but you may not need it because the ham adds a lot of salt anyway.

Personal Notes:
I had this once at Cracker Barrel and it was really good! This recipe is the only one that I could find for this soup.
