Select large attractive blooms with stem attached
1 Egg White
1 tbsp. of your favorite Cordial
Superfine Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the egg white very lightly with a fork. Add the cordial and stir. Dip the violet with the stem attached into the mixture. Sprinkle the sugar on the back of each flower, leaving the face of the violet unsugared. Lay on waxed paper face up to dry. When dry, clip off the stem and store in an airtight container to use for decorating cakes and cookies.
