Ingredients:

1 small onion, minced
1 T. olive oil
1 can black beans (15 oz)
2 cans red kidney beans (30 oz)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1 cup green chilies (Anaheim or similar, chopped w/ seeds
2 cans diced tomatoes
3 cups vegetarian broth-low sodium
1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in olive oil until translucent.
Set aside flour and 3/4 c. broth.
Add remaining ingredients to pot.
Simmer 1 hour.
Mix flour and 3/4 cup broth, add to chili.
Simmer until thickened.
