Dressing:
2 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1 Clove Garlic Minced
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
1/3 c. Olive Oil

Salad:
4 Plum Tomatoes
6 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
8-10 Fresh Basil Leaves

Dressing:
Combine vinegar, garlic, salt, mustard and garlic in small bowl. Add oil slowly while whisking until well blended.

Salad:
Slice Tomatoes and cheese into 1/4 in. thick slices. Place tomato and cheese slices in shallow bowl. Pour dressing over slices. Marinate covered in refrigerator at least 30 min.
