1 Bag Cubed Hashbrowns
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 c. Butter
1 c. Sour Cream
1 c. Cheddar Cheese
1 Onion Chopped
1 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Butter
2 c. Breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine onion and butter in skillet. Cook over medium heat until onions are translucent. In a bowl combine butter mix with cream of chicken soup, cheese, sour cream and pepper. Stir. Add potatoes and stir.

Put mixture into baking dish. Bake at 350 for 45 min.

Combine 1/2 c. melted butter with bread crumbs in a bowl. Take dish from oven, Sprinkle breadcrumbs onto potatoes and bake for another 5 min. Or until breadcrumbs are golden brown.
