2 pkg. Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
1 1/2 c. Grape Tomatoes
1 1/2 tbsp. Sweet Basil Rub
2 Cloves Garlic Minced
1/3 c. Pepperoni Sliced
3/4 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
3 tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 400. Spray pan with oil.

Remove biscuits from packaging without separating. Cut dough in half lengthwise to form half moon shapes. Separate pieces. Place in an even layer in pan.

Process tomatoes and rub until finely chopped. Add in the garlic cloves.

Chop pepperoni into small pieces into tomato mixture and mix. Spoon mix over and in between biscuits pieces and smooth out. Sprinkle biscuits with cheeses.

Bake 16 to 18 min. or until edges are golden brown. Slide focaccia onto platter.
