1 1/2 Cup oil.
2 Cups sugar.
2 tsp. Vanilla
3 Eggs.
1/4 tsp. Salt.
2 Cups flour.
1 tsp. Soda.
3 Cups diced apples
1 Cup coconut
1 Cup raisins
1 Cup nuts
1 Cup brown sugar
3/4 stick butter or margarine
1/4 Cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, sugar ( white), vanilla, eggs and mix well.
Add flour, salt, soda and stir in apples, coconut, nuts and raisins.
Bake in a tube pan 1 1/2 hr. At 325 degrees.

Boil brown sugar,butter and milk for 1 1/2 minutes then pour over cake while warm.
