1 Bag Frozen Chopped Spinach (9 oz.)
24 Wonton Skins
1 Can Chopped Green Chilies (7 oz. )
1/3 c. Mayo
3/4 c. Pepperjack Cheese Shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Cook spinach and set aside to cool.

Place 1 wonton skin in each of 24 ungreased muffin cups. Pressing skin into bottom and up sides. Bake 7 to 10 min. or until lightly browned.

Squeeze all excess water from spinach and place into bowl. Stir in green chilies, mayo and 1/4 c. cheese. Mix well.

Spoon about 1 tbsp. soinach mix into each wonton cup. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5 to 7 min. longer. Remove from muffin cups and serve.
