2 lbs chicken breasts
2 eggs
2 tbsp milk
¾ cup butter or margarine
2 lemons
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 ½ cups water
Breadcrumbs
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and milk in pie plate. Dip boneless chicken cutlets in eggs, then in breadcrumbs. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium high heat. Cook cutlets until brown on both sides, remove to a warm plate. Reduce heat to low. Squeeze juice of one lemon into drippings from pan. Stir in water, bouillon cubes, and salt, mix well. Return cutlets to skillet, cover and simmer about 15 minutes, or until tender.
To serve, slice one lemon and place on chicken cutlet.
