Aioli:
1 Head Garlic
1 tsp. Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. Salt
2/3 c. Mayo

Green Beans:
2 Bags Whole Green Beans (12 oz. each)
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Cut crosswise slice from top of garlic head. Place garlic head on cooking sheet with tin foil underneath. Drizzle 1 tsp. oil over cut cloves. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp. salt. Wrap foil around garlic.

Roast garlic for 40 min. Garlic head should be soft. Cool 10 min.

Squeeze garlic cloves from skins. Press garlic into small bowl. Add mayo and 1/4 tsp. salt. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Place green beans in ungreased pan. Drizzle oil over beans. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. salt.

Roast beans 12 to 15 min. until lightly browned. Transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 tsp. salt.
