1 cup butter
¾ cup white sugar
¾ cup brown sugar

2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup whole wheat flour
½ cup almond flour
¼ coconut flour
⅛ cup wheat bran
⅛ ground flax
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 ½ tsp cinnamon

2 cups oatmeal (I use 7 Grain from the Ashery in Ohio)
½ cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
½ cup sunflower seeds
¼ EACH of flax, chia, and hemp seeds
**Or any combination of seeds and nuts you prefer**

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Cream together butter and sugar.
Add in eggs, vanilla, flours, bran, flax, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Stir in oatmeal and seeds.
Scoop dough onto greased cookie sheets and flatten a bit. Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes.
