4 boneless chicken breasts
½ can Rotel (chopped tomatoes and chili)
1 can diced tomatoes
12 ounces penne pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup Newman's Light Balsamic dressing
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 zucchini, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pasta and put aside. Cook zucchini al dente and put aside.
Cook chicken in oil until no longer pink. Cut into bite sized pieces.
Place pasta, chicken, and tomatoes in bowl. Toss with dressing. Add zucchini. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
