1/2 lb spiralized zucchini
1/2 lb spiralized yellow squash
1 c parmesan cheese
2 T parsley
2 T Meyer lemon olive oil
1 1/2 T Champagne vinegar
1 T lemon juice
1 T salt

Directions:

Chop vegetable noodles. Add other ingredients and toss. Serve immediately.
