Potatoes (small new potatoes)
Salt
Butter
Milk
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, peel, and scrape new potatoes. Cut larger ones in half. Place in a sauce pan and cover with water. Salt and cook until fork tender. Add butter. Take about 2/3 cup of milk and stir in 2 tablespoons of flour. Stir until all lumps are gone. If needed, place through a strainer and add to potatoes. Stir until slightly thick. Serve with hot cornbread. Note: The amount of milk and flour will vary according to the number of potatoes.
