1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 lb margarine
2 cups cooked squash, mashed
3 eggs slightly beaten
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups crumbled corn bread
salt and pepper (to taste)
1 cup cooked shrimp (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions lightly in margarine. Mash squash and mix with slightly beaten eggs. Add soup and remaining ingredients. Mix well and bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
