6 to 8 red potatoes
3 boiled egg whites, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup home-made pickles or Candy dill pickles
1/2 small onion, chopped, if desired
3 to 4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
Yellow mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into cubes. Place in a saucepan and cover with water. Add salt to taste. Cook until potatoes are tender. Drain potatoes and place in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix gently. The amounts of all ingredients may vary according to your taste.
