1 pkg yellow rice
1 stick margarine
1 can Mexicorn (do not drain)
1 can cream style corn
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 lb. Mild Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions. Mix all ingredients together. Pour in greased 2 to 3 quart casserole dish and bake at 350º until bubbly in the middle.
