1 Chuck pot roast
1 packet of Ranch dressing mix
1 packet of Au Jus Gravy
1 stick of butter
As many whole pepperonchinis as you prefer

Directions:
Directions:
Place Chuck Roast in your crock pot on high heat
Sprinkle Ranch Dressing Mix and Au Jus Gravy on roast
Slice butter and place pieces all over roast
Place pepponchinis all over roast

Place lid on crock pot and cook for 8 hours on high.

Best served on a hoggie or sub type bun with mayonnaise and slice Swiss cheese.

FYI: The small amount of juice in the crock pot is great for dipping your sandwich or chips!
