1 lb. fresh Haddock, ground
1½ cups Bread Crumbs
½ pt. Cream
1 tsp. Salt
4 Egg Whites, beaten stiff
Pinch of Baking Soda
Dash of Paprika
½ tsp. Celery Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put crumbs in cream, cook and cool. After cool add fish and seasoning. Last fold in beaten egg whites. Bake in moderate oven 350º in a pan of water for about 45 minutes. Serve with lobster sauce (optional).
