1 lb. veal cutlets
1 sliced lemon
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup marsala wine (or any white wine)
1/8 lb butter
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Have veal flattened and cut into 4 inch pieces. roll veal in flour. Heat skillet, melt butter and brown cutlets quickly. Add marsala. Cover and cook over low flame for about 5 minutes or until meat is tender. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve very hot with lemon slices.
