12 ounces gin
4 ounces elderberry syrup (found in health or drug stores)
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh ginger, chopped fine
Club soda
Blackberries

Directions:
Directions:
Muddle ginger with lemon juice and gin. Add elderberry syrup, and shake well with ice in cocktail shaker. Strain into pitcher filled with ice, add club soda to taste, and two blackberries in individual glass as a garnish. Makes 6-8 drinks.
