Bag of frozen sweet potato waffle fries
1 can of black beans
1 can of corn
shredded cheese
salt
olive oil
1 TB oregano
1 TB cumin
shredded chicken (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spread waffle fries out on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt
2. bake fries at 400 deg til brown
3. add toppings: beans, corn, chicken, oregano, cumin and cheese
4. Return to oven to heat toppings and melt cheese
