Ingredients:  
1 can salmon, drained
1 can tuna, drained
2 eggs
1/4-1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or crackers)
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4-1/2 cup minced onions, softened
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Debone salmon and break up.
Mix with tuna, eggs, bread crumbs, starch, onions.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Shape into patties.
Fry in a bit of oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes each side until brown.
Serve with grits!
