1 pound ground pork
2 eggs
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 onion, chopped
salt and chicken broth seasoning to taste
2-3 red potatoes, quartered
1-2 teaspoons curry powder
water to cover

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground pork with eggs, starch and salt to taste.
Shape into 1 inch balls on plate and microwave for 2 minutes.
Stir fry onions.
Add meatballs, curry powder, potatoes, salt and chicken broth seasoning to taste.
Add just enough water to cover and bring to a boil.
Simmer for about 30 minutes.
