6 red potatoes, quartered
1 corned beef brisket, cut into pieces
1 round onion, sliced
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 bay leaves
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 head cabbage, chopped
chicken broth seasoning to taste

Directions:

Add all ingredients except cabbage and potatoes to pot.
Cover with water and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 3-4 hours.
Add potatoes and cook until tender.
Add cabbage and cook until tender.
