Okra washed and packed in jars
1 pod red pepper
1 clove garlic
1 qt. white vinegar
8 T. salt
1 T. Celery seed
1 T. mustard seed
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and pack okra in jars. Add 1 pod red pepper, 1 clove garlic, 1 qt. white vinegar, 8 T. salt, 1 T. celery seed, 1 T. mustard seed and 1 cup water. Bring to boil and pour over okra. In 10 days it is ready to eat. (Makes 5 pints)
