Lasagna Recipe

1 pound ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 onion, chopped

1 package frozen chopped spinach
15 ounces small curd cottage cheese
8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

8 ounce box lasagna

Bring pot of salted water to boil and cook lasagna pasta until al dente, drain.
Brown meat with onions, then drain.
Add spaghetti sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In bowl, mix together spinach, cottage cheese, 1/2 Mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper.
Pour 1 cup meat sauce on bottom of 13x9 pan sprayed with Pam
Arrange 3 pieces of lasagna over sauce in pan.
Spread 1/2 cheese filling over sauce.
Repeat layers.
Top with layer of lasagna, sauce and the rest of the Mozzarella cheese.
Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 15 more minutes.
