1 three-ounce package Lime Jello
1 cup hot water to dissolve the Jello
1 three-ounce package cream cheese
⅔ cup crushed pineapple
½ cup diced celery
½ pint Cool Whip
½ cup chopped maraschino cherries
½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Stir the Jello and hot water together, then put in refrigerator until Jello starts to set.

Add the cream cheese and beat with mixer.

Fold in the pineapple, celery, Cool Whip, cherries, and walnuts.

Place in a salad mold.

Note: Raspberry Jello may be used for an alternative.
