Ingredients:  
2-3 pounds pork neck bones
2-3 stalks celery
1 large onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 package dumpling noodles
hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse neck bones and cover with water in pot.
Cut up celery and onions and add to pot.
Bring to a boil and season with salt and pepper.
Simmer until tender.
Remove neck bones from pot.
Add dumpling noodles to pot and cook until tender.
Return neck bones to pot.
Serve with hot sauce.
