1 round onion, chopped
3-4 Chinese dried mushrooms
3-4 tablespoons oyster sauce
1-2 teaspoons sugar
water to cover

Stir fry onions.
Add chicken, mushrooms, oyster sauce and sugar.
Add just enough water to cover and boil.
Simmer until chicken is tender.
