1 roasted chicken breasts, diced
1/2 cup Chinese bar-be-que pork, diced
1-2 Chinese sausage, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 cup rice, cooked
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 pound shrimp
1/2 package frozen peas and carrots, drained
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1 package onion soup mix
sesame oil to taste
1/2 cup bean sprouts

Directions:
Directions:
Add 1 cup water to rice, cook and cool.
Cook eggs in thin layers and chop.
Microwave shrimp for 2-3 minutes, drain and chop.
Stir fry bean sprouts for just 1 minute and drain.
Stir fry onions, then add Chinese sausage, peas and carrots.
Add shrimp, eggs and bar-be-que pork to mix and set aside.
Break up cooked rice and add sesame oil and onion soup mix.
Stir fry rice in small batches, adding part of meat and vegetable mix.
Add green onions and season with salt, pepper and sesame oil to taste.
