2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, drained
2 pounds small curd cottage cheese, creamed
1/4 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
6-7 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 green onions, chopped and sauteed.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients.
Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish.
Bake for 1 hour and serve warm.
