1/2 apple cut up fine,1 egg, about 1/3 cup peanut butter this is the wet ingredient..then i add gradually about 2/3 cup of coconut flour,..1/2 cup wheat flour organic..if more flour is needed i use more of the coconut flour..the wheat flour is just to hold the dough shape..you can also use almond flour also.

mix to a ball.will be sticky..roll out desired shapes on flour table..again usuing coconut flour..this is for the apple peanut butter cookies......i also use pumpkin and banana along with your egg,and your flours to make pumpkin banana ones..........same for plain banana ones.....i dont measure so its kinda hard to judge it into exact cups.......i have to make more to get exact measurements..the object is to make a soft ball
